Between 1999 - 2018, Printed Circuit was an electro-8-bit powerhouse. Her gigs shook up the Leeds 6 DIY music scene and brought the party to hundreds of venues, gigs, & festivals across 3 continents.
PC was honored to share gigs & beers with the very best: from Stereo Total to Kid606, Max Tundra to DJ Donna Summer, DAT Politics & loads more.
As of 2021, Printed Circuit is on hold due to LifeAdmin™ after spawning 2 microcircuits. She will occasionally reappear in a digital format.
Printed Circuit came out of retirement in 2018 to make a song for our pal Archie. He was a powerhouse of impromptu party planning, and a reliable source of forgotten cables, leads, and adapters. This song is inspired by the sadness of sending those final texts that never get 2 blue ticks. Video by the a w e s o m e Pstl Cstl.
After crowdfunding an LP in 10 days, Oblong Pictures made a video to go with it. Watch the Lego Movie and tell me they didn't rip the beginning of this vid off bc they totally did!!!* allegedly
Possibly the only song ever to have had a dance routine before it had a tune, lyrics, or a title. Recorded at the Brudenell Social Club in 2006-2007 when the chairs still had velvet seats. Like Agadoo but with "the funk". Wish I hadn't called it My Butt Hurts tbh.
As heard loads on 6 Music in the olden times.
As heard at every gig + a BBC1 prime time consumer show (true)
